Rozah Boutique strives to get the orders processed the next business day. If we are unable to process the order or if there is a shipping question we will contact the customer the next busiiness day of placing the order. We can ship via standard mail, expediated postal, and we ship via ups(no box addresses).
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with purchase, you can return the item within 21 days of Order, excluding final sale items. Final Sale on all earrings, socks and bodysuits, home & body care, discounted and promotional goods. All orders are shipped with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please fill out this form and enclose it with your return. Should you need another RMA form, please email to obtain another copy, a copy will shortly be emailed to you. All returns require a RMA in order to be processed. If you choose to return an item for any reason the item must be presented in saleable condition with the tags still attached. Rozah Boutique will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and local taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Rozah Boutique reserves the right to determine saleable condition. Rozah Boutique will ship items with a security tag. Should this tag be removed for any reason the items will be considered non sellable and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is for the benefit of our customers, to help insure our clothing is not being worn and returned. Shipping cost to return items are the responsibility of customer.
